Board of Adjustments Application
The Board of Adjustments meets the first Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the Building Services Conference Room at 42 Public Works Drive, Oxford, AL 36203. Items discussed are requests for variances, special exemptions and anyone appealing the Code Officials ruling on any given subject. This is an open meeting to the general public and anyone is welcome to attend to speak for or against any of the items on the agenda. If you have any question, you may contact Mike Roberts at 256-831-9685, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The deadline to be placed on the Board of Adjustments agenda is the Monday one week prior to the meeting.
