Planning Commission Agenda
The Oxford Planning Commission meets the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at Oxford City Hall in the Council Conference Room, 145 Hamric Drive East. The meeting is open to the public. The agenda for the meeting is posted on the bulletin board in the Building Services office at 42 Public Works Drive for public viewing Monday thru Friday 8a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you have any questions or would like an application for rezoning, information on submitting plat maps, or to be placed on the agenda Please call (256) 831-9685.
Items discussed are planning and zoning issue. This is an open meeting to the general public and anyone is welcome to attend the meeting. The deadline to be placed on the agenda is the Tuesday prior to the meeting.

2. Public Hearing – request from Winford W. Brickhouse and Jefferie Brickhouse to rezone the property located at 2629 Hwy 78 West from Mobile Home (MH) to Residential 3 (R-3).
3. Public Hearing – request from Advantage Self Storage/Bryan Booth to rezone the property located at 112 Industrial Drive from General Manufacturing (GM) to Light Manufacturing (M-1).
