Schedule of events for Festival

Tuesday, July 4, 2023

8 AM: Around the lake ramble for senior adults- walk and get a ribbon!

8:30 AM: Register for parade & Line-up in the baseball parking lot

9 AM: PARADE- Children dressed up may walk/ride in non-motorized vehicles down McCullars Lane

**ALL children must wear a helmet if riding!**

9:15 AM: OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMONIES- under the green dome (interstate side of Civic Center building)

9:30 AM: Tricycle & Bicycle races- must wear helmet (bring your bike)

9:30 AM: Pet Show (begins after opening ceremonies)

9:30-11:30 AM: Petting Zoo- end of Civic Center- closed to covered bridge

9:45-11:30 AM: FREE carnival games & prizes for children (inside gymnasium)

11-4 PM: Oxford Lake Pool- hours today are 11-4pm (Admission $2 each)

1 PM: Swim Races [must pay pool admission fee to participate]

9 PM: Firework show — watch the show OVER OXFORD LAKE!
