The holiday season is a time of joy—but it can also be stressful and overwhelming. That’s why we’re focusing on Holiday Wellness this month, bringing resources and support to help you stay healthy in body and mind!

This free event will take place at the Oxford Civic Center on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

This monthly health series is designed to promote wellness, connection, and access to community support. Each event is filmed and broadcast on TV24, airing three times a week and available to stream on Facebook, Roku, Firestick, and YouTube.
