ADSI SERVICE BEGINS Monday, OCTOBER 2, 2023

Oxford - YOUR GARBAGE COLLECTION SERVICE IS CHANGING. Arrow Disposal Service, Inc. (ADSI) was recently awarded the solid waste contract for the city of Oxford. They look forward to providing you with the quality of service you expect and deserve.
 

WILL I GET AN ADSI CART?
You will receive an ADSI container if records indicate you are actively enrolled in service with Republic Services. Republic Services will stop providing service to the city of Oxford on Friday, September 29, 2023.
 

WHEN DO I START USING MY NEW CART?
ADSI will begin collecting garbage from new carts on October 2, 2023.
These new carts will start being delivered to residences on September 18^th.
YOUR ADSI COLLECTION DAY WILL BE LOCATED ON THE LID OF YOUR NEW CONTAINER.
 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY OLD CART?
Your Republic Services cart will be picked up beginning the week of September 25th. During the last week of September and on the day of service for your garbage, leave your Republic Services cart out so it can be picked up and taken away at a later date.
 

PAYMENT?
The city of Oxford pays for each resident’s garbage pick-up – One cart per household.
You will not receive a bill for Arrow’s services.
 

WHAT IF I NEED AN EXTRA CART?
If you would like more than one cart, please call 1-866-440-3983 to have one delivered and to set up payment to Arrow. Adding an extra cart for your residence will be $8.95 per month per cart, and you will be billed quarterly. If you are currently paying Republic Services, you will have to set up a new payment with Arrow.
