Historic Main Street Oxford and the city of Oxford will have the first ever "Howl-o-Ween on Main" on Friday, October 27, 2023, from 5 pm - 8 pm! This event is affiliated with the Witches Ride & Walk on Main.
 
Howl-o-Ween on Main will take place in Simmons Park (400 Main Street, Oxford, AL 36203). The event will feature pet vendors, a photo booth, several dog treats & goodies, a pet costume contest, and more! Check-in for the pet contest and photo booth will be at the gazebo.
 
Schedule of events:
5–6 pm: Check-in for the dog costume contest.
6 pm: Witches Ride/Walk begins.
**immediately following the Witches Ride/Walk, the dog costume contest will take place in front of the gazebo.
**immediately following the Witches Ride/Walk, the photo booth will be open under the Gazebo.
7 pm: The movie Hocus Pocus will be played at the Oxford Performing Arts Center.
 
Dog Costume Contest entry fee is $10 per pet. The cost will go towards entry wristbands, a gift, a photo with your pet, and overall prizes for our winners! ***Spots are limited, with a total of 40 available entries. We will have 4 weight divisions.
• Little Gremlins: 0-15lbs
• Ghouls: 16-40lbs
• Goblins: 41-70lbs
• Giants: 71lbs +
 
Guidelines: All pets are required to be leashed. Responsible parties must attend to and pick up after their pets.
