Oxford Welcomes A&I Tax & Accounting

A&I Tax & Accounting has added its name to the growing number of small businesses choosing to call Oxford home.

Located at 4890 U.S. Highway 78 W near Johnson’s Giant Food Store, A&I offers professional tax services for businesses and individuals.

A&I also provides accounting and bookkepping services which can be especially helpful for small businesses. Free consultations are available to aid in discovering what works best for the clients.

A&I President Akeem Ingram, CPA, is a native of Anniston and acquired a degree in Business Management from Jacksonville State University before returning to earn an accounting degree.

“I have loved accounting since high school,” Ingram said.

Ingram started his company in 2021 along with his wife, Jamal, who now serves as the office manager for the Oxford location.

After working remotely, Ingram decided the time was right to open a physical office and made the decision to find a site in his home area.

Mayor Alton Craft welcomed the new business during a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, Dec. 11, 2023 hosted by Historic Main Street Oxford.

The Oxford office has six employees to serve A&I’s clients and will be open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. seven days a week during tax season.

Regular hours will be weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

A&I Tax & Accounting hosts a website at www.aiaccounting.org and can be reached by phone at (256)240-0672.
