Resolution No. 2024- 70  – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 1515 Forney Street in the total amount of $184.00. (Approved 4-0)Resolution No. 2024- 71  – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 35 Alan Street in the total amount of $8,976.60. (Approved 4-0)

Resolution No. 2024- 72  – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 65 Moore Drive in the total amount of $11,703.40. Resolution No. 2024- 74 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute and submit a letter on behalf of the City terminating the agreement with Honours Golf Company, LLC for consulting and maintenance services at Choccolocco Park. (Approved 4-0)

Set Public Hearings for August 13, 2024, to consider the following requests which were considered by the Oxford Planning Commission at their July 2, 2024 meeting:Zoning request from Chad Elder to rezone property located at 130 Digby Road from General Business District (GB) to Agricultural District (AG); Zoning request from Gerald Grizzard to rezone property located at 214 Old Highway 202 from General Business District (GB) to Residential 1 District (R-1); and Zoning request from Bruce and Tammy Collins to rezone property located at 1322 Caffey Drive from Residential 1 District (R-1) to General Business District (GB)

Set a Public Hearing for August 13, 2024 to consider a condemnation at 6165 U. S. Highway 78 W.
