VIET ALLEY BRINGS UNIQUE CUISINE TO OXFORD

Viet Alley – Vietnamese Street Food & Boba Tea, located at 1807 U.S. Highway 78 East, cut the ribbon on its new dining experience in Oxford on Monday, August 12.

Owned by Ace Huynh, and managed by his sister, Anh, Viet Alley is the newest destination for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Viet Alley offers carefully crafted dishes, made with fresh herbs and spices. The steaming bowls of pho and crispy spring rolls serves as a virtual journey to the bustling streets of Hanoi.

“It is my privilege to be a part of this amazing community,” Ace said. “I am truly honored and excited as we depart on this exciting journey together. It is our desire to bring the rich and vibrant flavors of Vietnam to Oxford with every meal an experience to be savored. This is a restaurant that is warm and welcoming and inviting – a place that feels like home.”

Historic Main Street Oxford director Hunter Gentry spoke on behalf of Mayor Alton Craft.

“Mayor Craft sends his regards and congratulations to you, your family, and your staff,” Gentry said. “If there is anything the city can do to help, we stand ready to do so.”

Viet Alley is open every day, except Tuesdays, from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m., and can be reached by calling 256-499-7646.
