TAMMY WILKINS RETIREMENT CELEBRATION

TAMMY WILKINS RETIREMENT CELEBRATION

Friends and colleagues gave Oxford Parks and Recreation administrative assistant Tammy Wilkins a retirement celebration on Monday, August 26, at the Oxford Civic Center.

Tammy has served in that position for 22 years and will officially leave that post at the end of the month.

Decked out with the theme “The Legend is Retiring,” Tammy and her guests were treated to cake, and two of her favorite foods—popcorn and yeast rolls with cinnamon butter.

“There’s not another Tammy in the world,” said PARD director Don Hudson. “We appreciate her and love her to death. She’s one of a kind.”

“We appreciate all you have done for the city and all you have meant to the city,” said Mayor Alton Craft. “Thank you for everything you have done for us.”
