OXFORD CITY COUNCIL, SEPT. 10, 2014

Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2023 Audit – Phil Bain, Kemp and Associates, reported a “clean opinion” to the City Council.

CONSENT AGENDA: (Passed 5-0)

Resolution No. 2024-88 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sell and convey an easement to the United States of America, Department of the Army. 

Resolution No. 2024-89 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with ALDOT for upgrade, operation, and maintenance of traffic signal equipment at the intersection of U. S. Highway 78 and Barry Street.

Resolution No. 2024- 90 – Resolution approving Short Term Rental Permit requests for 3518 Mary Drive and 4307 McIntosh Road, Chinmayee Mokkapati.

Resolution No. 2024- 91 – Resolution to amend the FY2024 Budget in the total amount of $1,999.19 for travel expenses for the Oxford Municipal Court.
