Ordinance No. 2025- 31 – Ordinance declaring real property located at 0 Second Avenue (PIN64171) surplus and authorizing its sale. (Passed 5-0).

Resolution No. 2025- 43 – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 25 Main Street in the total amount of $184.00.
Resolution No. 2025- 44 – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 1515 Forney Street in the total amount of $184.00.
Resolution No. 2025- 45 – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 490 Ina Lane in the total amount of $184.00.
Resolution No. 2025- 46 – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 32 Dessie Circle in the total amount of $184.00.
Resolution No. 2025- 47 – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 225 E. Oak Street in the total amount of $184.00.
Resolution No. 2025- 48 – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 940 Pinecliff Drive in the total amount of $184.00.

Set Public Hearings for July 8, 2025, to consider the following requests which were considered by the Oxford Planning Commission:
Zoning request from the City of Oxford to rezone property located at 323 McKibbon Street from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Institutional District (INST).
Zoning request from the City of Oxford to rezone property located at 400 McKibbon Street from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Institutional District (INST).
Zoning request from the City of Oxford to rezone property located at 401 W. Oak Street from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Institutional District (INST).
