Ordinance No. 2025- 32 – Ordinance rezoning property located at 323 McKibbon Street from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Institutional District (INST) (Approved 5-0).
Ordinance No. 2025- 33 – Ordinance rezoning property located at 400 McKibbon Street from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Institutional District (INST) (Approved 5-0).
Ordinance No. 2025- 34 – Ordinance rezoning property located at 401 W. Oak Street from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Institutional District (INST) (Approved 5-0).
Ordinance No. 2025- 35 – Ordinance rezoning property located at 49010 Alabama Highway 21 from Agricultural District (AG-1) to Garden Home District (GH) (Approved 5-0).
Ordinance No. 2025- 36 – Ordinance rescinding Ordinance No. 2023-23 and designating a certain portion of Choccolocco Street as a one-way street. (Continued to July 22, 2025 meeting).
Ordinance No. 2025- 37 – Ordinance declaring real property surplus and authorizing its conveyance to the State of Alabama, Department of Transportation. (Approved 5-0).

Resolution No. 2025- 52 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Consolidated Pipe and Supply Company, Inc. for a materials-only bid for the Oxford West Industrial Park Water and Sewer Infrastructure Improvements in the total amount of $251,175.02.
Resolution No. 2025- 53 – Resolution designating a new street name as Liberty Drive.
Resolution No. 2025 – 54 – Resolution declaring Alton L. Craft duly elected to the office of Mayor for the term of office commencing on the first Monday in November, 2025.
Resolution No. 2025 – 55 – Resolution declaring Phillip E. Gardner duly elected to the office of Council Member Place 1, Charlotte Hubbard duly elected to the office of Council Member Place 2, Mike Henderson duly elected to the office of Council Member Place 3, Ronald Chris Spurlin duly elected to the office of Council Member Place 4, and Steven Waits duly elected to the office of Council Member Place 5 for the term of office commencing on the first Monday in November, 2025.
Resolution No. 2025- 56 – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 22 Michael Lane in the total amount of $184.00.
