Ordinance No. 2025- 35 – Ordinance rezoning property located at 6037 Alabama Highway 202 from General Business District (GB) to Residential 1 District (R-1) (Approved 5-0)

Resolution No. 2025- 65 – Resolution declaring certain vehicles/equipment surplus and authorizing their sale/disposal.
Resolution No. 2025- 66 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Simple Grants for professional services specific to an an application to the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) for a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant and to sign the application and all necessary documents contained therein.
