Public Hearing Notice
The City of Oxford is applying for a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant for improvements of the recreational facilities at Freedom Park and Choccolocco Park. The City of Oxford will conduct a public hearing on Monday, September 8th, 2025, at 6:00 pm for the project. The public hearing will be held at the City of Oxford Civic Center located at 401 McCullars Lane, Oxford, AL 36203. Citizens are encouraged to attend the meeting to review the proposed improvements of these recreational facilities. Public comments can be made in person at the public hearing.
Written comments can be submitted to Alan Atkinson, City Clerk, P. O. Box 3383, Oxford, AL, 36203, within two weeks following the meeting.
