FabArc Steel Supply, Inc., Alabama’s largest steel subcontractor and an AISC-certified fabrication facility, has announced the start of a major food manufacturing facility in Boone, Iowa, internally designated as Project Victor. FabArc Steel Supply will fabricate more than 3,800 tons of steel for the approximately 286,802-square-foot facility, demonstrating its continued expertise in large-scale industrial fabrication. The project is owned by Daisy Brand, LLC, with the Dennis Group serving as the design build partner and Moldtek Technologies as the structural and miscellaneous metals detailer.

Project Victor began in March 2026, with steel structure completion anticipated by Summer 2026. FabArc Steel Supply will provide: 670 columns; 4,628 beams; 444 vertical braces; 691 horizontal braces; 936 joists; 539 sag rods; 9 stairs; and 1,690 linear feet of handrail. All steel components will be finished with a three-coat Tnemec paint system for long-lasting durability and performance.
