Set a Public Hearing for November 10, 2026 to consider the following zoning request which was considered by the Oxford Planning Commission at their October 6, 2026 meeting: Zoning request from Payton Holdings LLC – Terry Payton to rezone property located at 1108 Friendship Road from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Planned Development 2 District (PD-2).
