- Constructed in the 1880s or 1890s.
- Privett Drug Company was located in the building from the 1920s through 1937.
- Service Drug Company operated from 1937 to the 1980s and was one of the first air-conditioned businesses downtown.
- Operated as Alaco Discount Pharmacy from the 1980s through 1998.
- Later businesses included JuDee’s Head 2 Toe Apparel, The Candle Outlet, Birds of A Feather, and Blackbird Emporium.
- Presently occupied by Events at Onyx & Opal.
