- Built in 1907 by Christopher Eugene Zaner and Roxie Horn Zaner.
- Zaner was a local blacksmith, a member of city council, a member of Hartwell Masonic Lodge and Oxford Methodist Church.
- The house was later sold to the Reese family.
- Sold in 1994 and converted into R&R Travel.
