Resolution No. 2025- 28 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Simple Grants for professional services specific to the U. S. Department of Transportation (US DOT) for a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Planning and Demonstration Grant and to sign the application and all necessary documents contained therein.
Resolution No. 2025 – 29 – Resolution authorizing a tax abatement agreement for Kronospan OSB LLC.
Resolution No. 2025 – 30 – Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a bid by Blastcrete Equipment LLC/Neal MFG Division for one (1) Dual Application Sealcoat Machine in the total amount of $86,800.00.
Resolution No. 2025 – 31 – Resolution declaring certain vehicles/equipment surplus and authorizing their sale/disposal.
Resolution No. 2025 – 32 – Resolution authorizing an appropriation and purchase of one (1) Rooftop (RTU) Cooling and Heating Unit for the Oxford Public Library from Trane U. S. Inc. in the total amount of $63,537.00.
