Resolution No. 2025 – 38 – Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget in the total amount of $45,000.00 for the purpose of employing three additional firefighters

Resolution No. 2025 – 39 – Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget in the total amount of $25,867.36 for AEDs in City facilities, declaring surplus existing AEDs and entering agreement with the Health Care Authority for said AED maintenance.

Set Public Hearings for June 10, 2025, to consider the following requests which were considered by the Oxford Planning Commission:

Zoning request from the City of Oxford to rezone property located at 230 Ross Street from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Institutional District (INST);

Zoning request from the City of Oxford to rezone property located at 0 McKibbon Street (PIN68634) from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Institutional District (INST);

Zoning request from Jerry Bender to rezone property located at 0 Friendship Road (PIN13233) from Area Shopping Center District (ASC) to Light Manufacturing District (M-1).
