Area golfers looking to take some swings at their favorite sport without the worry of weather have a new option available.

Mulligans Indoor Golf, located at 189 Plaza Lane, teed up their premium indoor golf simulator venue with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, December 19, 2025.

Jason Peterson, a PGA professional since 2000, is the owner of the new venue and credits many friends and local golf enthusiasts for helping to get the new business off the ground.

“There has been so much that has gone into opening this dream,” Peterson said as he added thanks to the city of Oxford and the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce. “It’s overwhelming to get something like this going, and you find people who want you to be a success and want to be a part of it. I am thrilled to be here, and I am now part of Oxford.”

Mulligans offers state-of-the-art indoor golf simulators that provide a realistic and immersive golfing experience for those wanting to practice, play a full round, or improve their skills. The simulators are designed to accommodate golfers of all levels and feature a wide selection of famous golf courses from around the world.

All necessary equipment is provided, with the option of bringing one’s own clubs, and professional golf lessons and training sessions with experienced instructors are also available.

Mulligans offers a variety of membership options and package deals to suit different needs, and their facility is perfect for hosting events such as corporate meetings, birthday parties, and group gatherings.

Mulligans Indoor Golf is open Mondays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m.; and Sundays from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m.
