CONSENT AGENDA: (Approved 5-0)

Resolution No. 2026- 80 – Resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget.

Resolution No. 2026- 81 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with East Alabama Regional Planning Commission for a comprehensive mapping program for Fiscal Year 2027.

Resolution No. 2026- 82 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a construction agreement for the synthetic turf conversion of four (4) athletic fields at Oxford Softball Complex at Oxford Lake with Gameday Athletic Surfaces in the total amount of $2,928,309.00.

Resolution No. 2026- 83 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended agreement with Atlas Technical Consultants for right-of-way acquisition services for the Airport Road bridge replacement at Coldwater Creek.

Resolution No. 2026- 84 – Resolution declaring certain vehicles/equipment surplus and authorizing their sale/disposal.

Resolution No. 2026- 85 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended agreement with Three Notch Group for additional professional engineering services performed relative to right-of-way acquisition assistance for the Friendship Road Widening and Bridge Replacement Phase I in a total amount of an additional $68,024.00.

Set Public Hearings for October 13, 2026 to consider the following zoning requests which were considered by the Oxford Planning Commission at their September 1, 2026 meeting: Zoning request from Fresh Start Homes – Chris Lindsey to rezone property located at 3985 Bynum Boulevard from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Light Manufacturing District (M-1) and Zoning request from Jeffrey and Stephanie Hornsby to rezone property located at 414 and 423 Beck Road from General Business District (GB) to Agricultural District (AG).
